1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return products within 15 days of delivery if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged products due to customer mishandling
- Hygiene-related products (e.g., personal care items)
- Clearance / Sale items (if marked as non-returnable)
3. Return Process
- Contact our Customer Support (WhatsApp/Phone/Email) within 15 days.
- Provide Order ID + Pictures of the item.
- We will arrange return pickup via courier.
4. Refunds
- Once the product is received & inspected, your refund will be processed within 7β10 working days.
- Refunds are issued through your original payment method.
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer / Mobile Wallet.
5. Replacements
- If available, we will send a replacement instead of refund (customer preference).
