1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return products within 15 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance / Sale items (if marked as non-returnable)

3. Return Process

  • Provide Order ID + Pictures of the item.
  • We will arrange return pickup via courier.

4. Refunds

  • Once the product is received & inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds are issued through your original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer / Mobile Wallet.

5. Replacements

  • If available, we will send a replacement instead of refund (customer preference).
